WARRANTY SUBMISSION
When submitting a warranty, you can either work directly with us or through your dealer.
VIA MERCURY
- Locate your product serial number and record it.
- Take a photo of the affected product area.
- Submit a ticket with the photo, serial number and description of the damage. Please include your phone number and shipping address details. Don't forget your proof of purchase.
- We will respond within 48 hours to get you back riding as soon as possible!
VIA DEALER
- Locate your product serial number and record it.
- Take the affected product in to your dealer. Don’t forget your proof of purchase.
- We will work with your dealer to get the product back as soon as possible.
